Kids' T-Shirt Design Contest

Dewbre Pediatric Dentistry is thrilled to announce our very first Kids' T-Shirt Design Contest. It’s your time to shine by showing us your best, most fun dental-themed artwork. Grab your crayons, markers, or colored pencils and let your imagination run wild on our t-shirt template. Your design could become our next clinic t-shirt!

How It Works

  1. Download the T-shirt template / or Pick one up at our office 

    • Click here to download your blank t-shirt template. Print it out and start designing!

  2. Design Your T-Shirt

    • Theme: Anything dental-related—think happy teeth, fun toothbrushes, or even Dr. Dewbre as a superhero!

    • Tools: Use crayons, markers, colored pencils—whatever you like to bring your vision to life.

  3. Submit Your Design

    • When your masterpiece is ready, have a parent or guardian help you submit your design by uploading it here or bringing it to our clinic by June 14, 2024.

  4. Vote for Your Favorites

    • After all submissions are collected, we’ll post the top 3 designs on our social media for everyone to vote on their favorites. Stay tuned to vote!

  5. Win Awesome Prizes

    • Top 3 designs: The creators of the top 3 designs will receive an exciting prize, and the winner of the Social Media Votes designs will be featured on our official clinic t-shirts!

    • All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Contest Rules

  • Open to children ages 3-12.

  • One entry per child.

  • All artwork must be original.

  • Contest Start Date: May 15, 2024

  • Submission Deadline: June 14, 2024

  • Voting Period: June 20, 2024 to June 27, 2024

  • Winners Announced: June 28, 2024

Terms and Conditions for Kids' T-Shirt Design Contest

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to all children aged 3-12 years old who are patients or associated with Dewbre Pediatric Dentistry. Employees and family members of the clinic staff are welcome to participate but are not eligible for prizes.

2. Contest Purpose

The Kids' T-Shirt Design Contest is intended to be a fun and creative activity designed to engage our young patients and promote dental health awareness. It is not a professional competition.

3. Participation

Participation in this contest is voluntary and free. Each participant can submit one design entry to the contest. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Submissions

All submitted designs must be original work by the participating child. By submitting a design, you agree that Dewbre Pediatric Dentistry has the right to use the submitted designs on social media and other promotional materials without compensation.

5. Voting and Prizes

Top designs will be chosen based on community votes via social media. Prizes will be awarded for fun and are not based on professional criteria. All decisions regarding winners are final and are meant to celebrate participation rather than competition.

6. No Commercial Intent

This contest is purely for engagement and fun; there is no commercial intent behind the use of the designs other than possibly featuring them on clinic t-shirts for internal use or promotion.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during this contest will be used solely for the purpose of managing the contest and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.

8. Changes to the Contest

Dewbre Pediatric Dentistry reserves the right to modify the terms of the contest or cancel it if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring communication to all participants.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
